Notes:

• Swimmers must arrive and register at least 1 hour before the event starts.
• Refreshments will be available for sale at the event.
• There will be an entry fee of R70 to the Maselspoort resort.
• No refunds will be issued once the entry has been processed. If the race is deemed unsafe to proceed or has to be cancelled due to any unforseen circumstances, medals will be given to entrants, but no entry fees will be refunded.
• Late entries received on the day of the event won't reflect on the unofficial results but on the official results website.
• Race packs can be collected Saturday 18^th January 25, between 10:00 & 12:00 at Kovsie Swimming Pool.
• Age as on race day.
• 2 hour cut off time for the 5km.

All Participants agree to and hereby bind themselves to the following indemnity:

In consideration of my entry fee, I, for myself, executors, heirs, administrators and signs, hereby discharge Kovsie Aquatics as the event organisers and / or any party officially involved in the event including the owners of the property on which the event takes place from any claims whatsoever relating to damage, injury and property loss that I may suffer during the event due to negligence of any party and arriving out of my participation in the event.
I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.
I accept the rules and regulations of the event and understand that the natural conditions of the race will be accepted.
I also grant the organisers full permission to use my name with any photographs taken during my participation for use in advertising promotion or other account of the event free of charge.
