Join us for our second pet friendly, 2 day trail run at Affi Lande Boutique Guest Farm, Fouriesburg in the Free State.
The theme for this race is Oktober Beer Fest! The weekend will be filled with lots of trail running options, food, and drinks to keep everyone entertained.
Saturday evening will be the official Beer Fest Themed Party for everyone to enjoy.
Online Entries Up Until 25th August 2023 Will Include An Event T-shirt. All entries thereafter will not qualify for the event t-shirt. So make sure to get your entries in before the due date. No event tshirts will be on sale during that weekend.
All participants will also receive an event medal on the Sunday after the 2 day race has been completed during the medal awarding ceremony.
The top 3 male and female overall finishers (these are the people who’s times for day 1 and 2 put them in overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for the weekend) for each of the 3 challenges will also receive specially designed placement medals during the awards ceremony on Sunday.
Online entries close at midnight on 20th September 2023.
Challenge entries will still be accepted at the venue on Friday, 29th September 2023 during the registration time between 16h00 till 20h00, but please note that these entries do not qualify for the event t-shirt.
Challenge Options: Rebel Route (Pet Friendly) - R480: [Under 13yrs and over 60yrs - R350] Saturday - 10km Sunday - 5km (Please select your t-shirt size when entering: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Cradle Rock (Pet Friendly) - R520: [Under 13yrs and over 60yrs - R390] Saturday - 15km Sunday - 10km (Please select your t-shirt size when entering: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Golden Pass (Not Pet Friendly) - R600: [No under 13yrs allowed. Over 60yrs - R470] Saturday - 21km Sunday - 15km (Please select your t-shirt size when entering: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Single Day Entry Options: Saturday: 5km (R110), 15km (R150) or 21km (R170) Sunday: 5km (R110), 10km (R130) or 15km (R150) Kids 13yrs and younger - R60 (any of the available distances on the day) Adults over 60yrs - R60 (any of the available distances on the day)
Single day entries do not include the official race t-shirt and specially designed race medal. However, each entrant will receive a special one day finisher medal.
For online single day entries only, race t-shirts can be ordered additionally at R250 each up until 25th August 2023.
Terms And Conditions: • There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain damage cancellation. • There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race. • No license is necessary to take part in run/walk. • Cash, Card and Snapscan accepted on the day. • All ages welcome.
